N. H. Plastic

Our business, N. H. Plastic, is located in Umarpur, within the Ghorshala post office area. We fall under the Raghunathganj police station jurisdiction in the Murshidabad district. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, which makes it a quieter place to work most of the time. We handle various plastic goods and materials from our facility here. The building is a simple structure that fits in with the rest of the local houses and shops in the village area. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we aren't all related. We know the people around here, and they know us. Most of the time, our days are spent loading and unloading or checking the quality of the plastic items we have. We don't have any shiny office furniture or corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a practical workplace. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Umarpur than in the big towns, which is nice. We started out small and we’ve stayed at a manageable size. People in Murshidabad know how things are done—slowly and steadily. We don't try to compete with the huge factories; we just focus on what we can do well here in our own corner. It’s a straightforward life, and we are happy enough with how things are going.
