We operate out of a building at 167, R. N. Tagore Road in Laldighi. This is in the Murshidabad district. Our place is where local people come when they need medical tests done. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know who we are. It is a diagnostic center, so we do things like take blood samples and run various types of scans. The mornings are usually the busiest time because that is when everyone wants to get their tests done before they eat or go to work. The waiting area can get a bit tight when there are many families gathered. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. Our staff is mostly from the local area, so there is a lot of talking in the local language. We have to be very careful with how we handle the samples and label everything correctly. It is a lot of responsibility because people are waiting for these results to talk to their doctors. We keep our equipment in good shape and try to make the process as easy as possible for the patients. Some people come in feeling a bit scared of the needles, so we try to be calm with them. It is not a huge hospital, just a local spot that provides the services people need. We focus on the daily tasks of testing and reporting for everyone who walks through our doors.
