Janoni Agriculture Private Limited is based out of Dakshin Hurshi in Murshidabad. You can find us at Para-Borakuli, right near Seikh Najrul’s place. It’s a quiet spot, mostly surrounded by green fields and dirt paths. We got into this business because agriculture is what we know best in this part of Islampur. It isn't a massive corporate setup or anything like that. We just work from a local house and handle the daily tasks that come with farming and trading. Some days are slow, especially during the off-season, while other days are packed with people stopping by. We deal with the local farmers around here who need a hand with their produce. Murshidabad has good soil if you treat it right, and that’s what we focus on. Our office is simple, just a desk and some chairs for visitors. We don’t really do fancy meetings or use big words. Most of our time is spent talking to neighbors about the market or what’s growing in the fields this month. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of things on paper. Sometimes the electricity goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a local effort, run by people who live right here in the village. We’ve been here for a bit now and everyone knows our address. It’s just how things are done in a place like this. We try to keep things moving even when the weather isn't helping.
