ZEHISSH HOSPITALITY LLP is tucked away in the United Heights building on Moghal Lane in Mumbai. We’re on the first floor in unit 101, right on Plot 367 B. It’s a decent spot in a busy part of town. Working in hospitality in Mumbai means there’s never really a dull moment. We deal with all sorts of things, from booking issues to making sure the rooms are actually clean and ready. It’s just a few of us running the show here. We don't have a fancy reception area or a lot of staff in uniforms. We’re more of a hands-on group. If something breaks, one of us usually tries to fix it before calling in a professional. Moghal Lane has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the last few years. The traffic outside can be pretty loud in the evenings, but inside the office, we just keep our heads down and get the work done. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a good place for people to stay while they’re visiting the city. Sometimes we forget to order more printer paper or the coffee machine runs out of water, but we get by. It’s a real business run by real people who live right here in the neighborhood. We’re just here making sure everything stays on track day by day.
