Hotel Group

Our office is located at C-16 in the Lavanya Cooperative Housing Society. This is on Nahur Road in Mulund West, which is a busy part of Mumbai. The society is an older one, so it has a lot of character and big trees around the compound. We operate out of this space because it is convenient for everyone. Inside, it looks like a regular office with desks and computers set up where we can work quietly. Mumbai is always loud outside, but once you get inside Lavanya, it’s a bit more peaceful. We handle the management for the Hotel Group from here. There isn’t a grand entrance or a big sign board. Most people just know the building number. We start our day with some tea and go through the messages that came in overnight. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of files to store, but we make it work. It feels like a real community here because we see the same neighbors every morning when we arrive. We don’t use fancy talk or wear suits. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the elevator in the society acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. It’s just a normal Mumbai workplace where we try to stay organized and get through the daily pile of work. The nearby market is where we go for lunch.
