We operate out of Ratan Nagar in the Four Bungalows area of Andheri West. D/301 is where we handle the majority of our paperwork and coordination. Mumbai is always moving fast and this spot is no different. We have been in this specific building for a good while now. Most days it is just us working through things for the hotels. People usually find the office by looking for the landmarks near the main market. It gets very crowded around here during the evening commute. The office itself is not fancy at all. It is just a functional space where we get the actual work done. We handle various tasks related to the hospitality business from these desks. Sometimes the lift acts up or is slow, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. It is a local operation through and through. We know the neighbors in the building. The guys at the tea stall downstairs see us every morning. We do not spend money on decor or branding because we are usually too busy with the day-to-day stuff. It is just a regular workplace in a typical Mumbai residential-commercial mix. You might miss the entrance if you are not looking closely at the building numbers. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. If you need to reach us, this is where we stay. It works for what we do.
