Zam Zam Restaurant

You can find us at Zaveri Mansion on Pydhonie Road. We are right in the middle of Bhendi Bazar, which is always a very crowded part of Mumbai. Being opposite the Bata showroom makes it easy for newcomers to spot us. The area is constantly moving with shoppers and workers. Inside the restaurant, it is usually quite loud with the clatter of plates and people talking. We have been here for a long time. The building has a lot of history and you can see it in the walls and ceilings. We serve a lot of meat dishes and heavy gravies. Our cooks have their own ways of doing things that haven't changed in years. We don't really follow new food trends or change our recipes much. We just stick to what our customers expect from us. The tables are close together because space is tight in this part of town. You might end up sitting near someone you don't know, but that is common in Mumbai restaurants. It gets especially busy during the festival seasons. The kitchen staff works in shifts because we stay open late into the night. It is a busy and honest place. We don't have air conditioning in every section, so it can get warm. People come for the taste and the convenience. We handle a lot of walk-in customers every single day. It is just a part of the local life here in the city.
