We've been operating out of Udyog Bhavan for a while now. It’s a busy spot on Sonawala Marg, right in Goregaon East. Most days we are just busy handling the paperwork and making sure the medical goods get where they need to go. We started this because we saw a need for reliable supplies in the industry. It's not a flashy office or anything, just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but we manage. Being in Mumbai helps with the logistics. We have a small team here. Everyone knows their job. We handle a lot of different medical items, mostly for export and import. It’s a lot of checking labels and making sure everything meets the standards. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. We just try to keep things moving. If a shipment is late, we're on the phone trying to fix it. That's just how it is. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up all the time. But we're still here in unit 251. It’s a practical space. We keep it organized so we don’t lose track of orders. It’s hard work, but we like the routine. It keeps us grounded. We don't spend much time on fancy websites. We’d rather spend that time making sure the boxes are packed right and the documents are signed.
