Our location for Yoga is at 504, Prarthana Heights, situated on Dr. Shirodkar Road in Parel East. It’s tucked away behind the ITC Grand Hotel near Nare Park, which makes it a bit of a quieter pocket in a very busy part of Mumbai. Being on the fifth floor gives us a little bit of a break from the street-level noise of Parel. The space at 504 is simple and serves as our base for everything we do. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more personal than a big commercial office block. We don't have massive signs out front or a fancy lobby. People find their way to us because they know the Dr. Shirodkar Road area or they look for the landmark of Nare Park. Inside, the rooms are practical and used for our daily tasks and activities. Working in Parel East means you’re always near the heart of the city’s movement, but Prarthana Heights feels a bit more settled. We keep things low-key here. There isn't any corporate polish or slick marketing brochures lying around. It’s just a place where we gather and do our work. The windows look out over the local neighborhood, and you can hear the city life going on below while we focus on our tasks. It’s an honest, simple space that fits the way we like to operate. We’ve been here at this address for some time now and it suits us perfectly.
