YILIJET

YILIJET is based in Dahisar. It’s a busy suburb and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a while. Our office is pretty modest. We don't have those glass walls or expensive chairs you see in the city center. We just have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. People here work hard and we don't always leave on time. Dahisar has its own pace and we’ve grown used to it over the years. We know the local shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic when we’re out on errands. Inside our space, it’s usually quiet unless we’re discussing a project or someone is on the phone. We don't go in for fancy titles or stiff office politics. Everyone just helps out where they can. It’s a small team, so if the floor needs sweeping or the printer is jammed, whoever is closest deals with it. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished. It’s an honest way to make a living. Some people might find our setup a bit basic, but it works for us. We don't feel the need to dress things up with corporate jargon or pretend we are bigger than we are. We speak plainly and we work the same way. It’s just how things are done at our place in Dahisar. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, but we stay focused.
