Yasham Speciality Ingredients Pvt Ltd

We’re based over in Andheri West, right in the middle of the Veera Industrial Estate. Our office is 401 in the Satya Dev building on Plot A-6. If you’ve ever driven down Veera Desai Road, you know how much is going on there. It’s always buzzing. We work with speciality ingredients, so there’s a lot of talk about chemicals and raw materials in our office. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and samples. The view from the fourth floor is mostly other industrial buildings and some trees. We’ve been here for a bit now and the team has grown slowly. It’s a professional setup but we don't stand on ceremony. Usually, someone is on the phone with a supplier or checking on a shipment coming into the port. Mumbai is a tough place to get around, so we try to be efficient with our time. The building itself is okay, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you get in late. We handle a lot of paperwork because dealing with ingredients involves plenty of regulations and checks. It’s mostly sitting at desks and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. We don't really have a showroom or anything, just our work area and some storage. It’s a steady pace most days. We just try to keep the business moving forward without too much fuss. It is a busy life here.
