Our office is tucked away in Mumbra, inside the Alimohammed Manzil building. If you are familiar with the Bombay Colony area, you know it stays pretty active from morning until night. We are up at number 204. Working in the food solution industry means we spend a lot of our time thinking about logistics and how to get things moved from one point to another without any trouble. It is not always an easy task given the narrow roads around this part of Thane. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing away or the hum of the old ceiling fan. We keep a lot of our records in big folders on the shelves. Sometimes we have to spend an hour hunting for a single piece of paper, but we eventually find it. It is a small team here, and we handle all the paperwork and coordination ourselves. Mumbra is a very tight-knit community, so we see the same familiar faces every day when we step out for a short break. We are not trying to be the largest company in the world. We just stay focused on our own little corner of the market. The building has that classic Mumbai feel with the steep stairs and lots of life in every corner. We drink plenty of chai to keep ourselves going through the long afternoons.
