You can find us at Shop No 1 in the Rambagh building. We are located in Vile Parle East on Cherukupali Vari Street. Our shop is right opposite the Balaji Super Market. It’s a busy little corner. We’ve been doing courier and cargo work for a long time. The shop is small and usually packed with boxes and parcels of all sizes. It’s not a polished retail space. It’s a place where work happens. We have weighing scales, tape dispensers, and labels everywhere. People from the neighborhood come in all day to send things to their relatives or for their businesses. We are right in the middle of the market area, so there’s always noise from the street and the supermarket across the way. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us managing the counter and the pickups. We’ve become a part of the daily life on Cherukupali Vari Street. We know when the supermarket gets its deliveries and when the traffic will be at its worst. Our hours are long, but we like staying busy. It’s a simple operation. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people know us because they walk past Rambagh every day. We just focus on taking the parcels and making sure they get on the right truck or plane. It’s hard work, and the shop gets a bit disorganized during peak hours, but that’s just how we run things.
