WYF Prints

WYF Prints is located in the Rajabali Ismail Compound, specifically at 15/15 in Dharavi Wadi. It’s right near Guru Dutt Gym and Rangmahal Wadi. If you know this part of Dharavi, you know it’s a maze of small businesses all working hard. Our shop is full of the smell of ink and the constant hum of printing machines. We handle a lot of paper and different types of printing jobs every day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside with all the stacks of finished work and boxes of supplies. The lane outside is usually narrow and full of activity, which is typical for this area. We don't have a big storefront with lights. It’s more of a workshop where the actual printing happens. We spend most of our time making sure the colors look right and the machines don't jam up on us. Being near the gym means there are always people passing by and checking out what we are doing. It can get quite warm in the summer because of the heat from the equipment. We just keep the doors open for whatever breeze we can get from the street. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of this compound for quite some time now. We just focus on getting the prints done and handed over to whoever ordered them. There is always a lot of cutting and packing to do before the day ends.
