Simples Boutique

The shop at Simples Boutique is actually two units combined together, numbers 10 and 11. Being on the ground floor makes things a lot easier for us since we do not have to carry heavy boxes up any stairs. We keep the doors open mostly to let the air move through the room. It is a local spot and people usually just wander in when they are passing by on the sidewalk. We have been arranging the racks and moving things around lately to find more space for the new items. It is always a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery. The floor is a bit worn in the corners, but it just shows how many people have walked through over the years. We spend a lot of time just folding things or checking the tags to make sure they are right. It is not a huge operation. My cousin helps out when it gets busy on the weekends or during the festival times. Sometimes the neighbor from the next shop comes over to chat for a minute while we are having a quiet moment. We share a bit of news about the area and then go back to our work. The lighting is okay, but we added an extra lamp in the back corner because it was a bit dark back there. We try to keep the front glass clean but the dust from the street always finds a way in somehow. It is just a normal shop doing normal things.
