We are tucked away on the 4th floor of the Raja Bahadur Building. If you've ever been down to Masjid Bunder West, you know how crowded it gets with all the trucks and loaders moving boxes. Our office is right opposite the Bank of Baroda, which is a good landmark because the streets here are a bit of a maze for anyone not from around here. Worldport Freight Forwarders operates out of this old building. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we’re used to the exercise. The area is always buzzing with trade and cargo, so it makes sense for us to be right in the middle of it at 52 Masjid Bunder West. Inside the office, it's mostly stacks of files and the sound of computers humming. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the area. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings. We just focus on getting the shipping details right and making sure things move. It’s practical work. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with customs paperwork anyway. It’s just a group of us working hard to stay on top of the daily logistics. Sometimes the heat gets to us in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. We’ve been here a long time.
