You can find us at Ravi Industrial Estate on Mahakali Road in Andheri East. It’s right in the middle of all the Mumbai chaos. Our unit is number 116. At Worldpack, we spend our time putting together automation systems. It’s a lot of wires, sensors, and metal frames. The estate is always crowded with delivery vans and people rushing around. Inside our space, it’s a bit more focused. We have benches where we assemble the parts and a small area where we test everything out before it leaves. It’s not a quiet place because there is always someone drilling something or testing a motor. We have a lot of technical manuals lying around and half-finished machines taking up space. It gets pretty hot during the monsoon season when the humidity is high, but we just keep the fans going. Our staff is mostly engineers and technicians who like to tinker with things. We aren't very big on fancy meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just show someone how the machine works. The traffic on Mahakali Road is a nightmare, so we try to get our parts delivered early in the morning. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the quirks of the building. It’s a practical workspace for people who like to build stuff that moves. We just keep our heads down and try to solve the mechanical problems as they come.
