Wolter Spa Saloon

Wolter Spa Saloon is situated at No. 6, near Runwal Green Park in Malad West. It’s a nice little corner of Mumbai, especially with the park so close by. You can see people walking their dogs or going for jogs through the window if you’re sitting in the right spot. Our place isn't like those huge, expensive spas you see in the malls. It’s a more local vibe here. We have a few chairs for haircuts and a quiet area in the back for the spa treatments. The smell of shampoo and oils is always in the air. We try to keep the place looking clean, but with people coming in from the street, there’s always a bit of dust or hair to sweep up. Most of our customers are locals from Malad West who have been coming to us for a long time. They don't come for anything fancy, just a good service and a bit of a chat. We have a radio playing in the background most of the time, usually some old songs or the news. Sometimes it gets really busy on the weekends and we don't even have time to sit down. Other days, like a Tuesday afternoon, it’s much quieter and we just tidy up or talk among ourselves. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a salon where we try to make people feel a bit better than when they walked in. We just keep things simple for everyone.
