Wlci College is tucked away on the 3rd floor of Saraswati Mahal, right at the junction of Gokhale and Ranade Road in Dadar West. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Dadar can get, especially at that intersection. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a little more manageable. We have been in this building for some time now, and it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when all the students arrive at once. The lift is often busy, so many people just take the stairs. Our space is basically just classrooms and some offices where we try to keep everything organized. Students come here from all over Mumbai, hopping off the local trains and walking through the market crowds to get to class. It’s a practical place, no big campus or grassy fields, just the reality of Dadar life. We spend our days answering phones, sorting out schedules, and talking to students about their projects. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but the windows give a good view of the street life below. We aren't trying to be anything grand; we are just a local college doing its bit in a very busy part of the city. Everyone here just gets on with their work, and when the day is done, we all head back into the rush of the Dadar streets to go home.
