We’ve been over at Kalinga Appartment for a while now. Devendra Singh’s place is where we set things up, and it’s been working out okay for us. Nagpur is a really busy city, and people around here are always looking for ways to move up in their jobs or learn something new. We mostly deal with career education stuff. It’s not a huge fancy office, just a regular spot in the building. We spend our days looking at courses and trying to figure out what actually helps people when they are looking for work. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially in the evenings, but we just get our work done. It’s just us here working through the paperwork and talking to folks who stop by to ask questions. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just handle the day-to-day things as they come. If someone needs help figuring out their next step in training, we try to point them the right way. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and checking through different programs. Nagpur has changed a lot lately, and there are more schools and centers opening up everywhere. We just focus on our own corner here. It stays pretty busy most weeks. We don't do anything flashy. It's just about the education side of things and making sure the records are straight. It's a small operation, really. We've got our routine down now. Every morning starts with some tea and then we dive into the files. It's practical work, and we just keep it moving one day at a time. No big fuss about it.
