We focus on skills and knowledge, like the name says, and we do it from this small base. It’s not a big corporate training center with glass walls. It’s a simple room where we keep our books and materials. Getting here can be a bit of a struggle if you are using the local trains during rush hour, but that’s just Mumbai life. The street outside is usually full of people going about their business. Inside, we try to keep things quiet enough to think. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who just know where we are. It can get pretty humid in the office, especially during the rainy season. We just open the windows and keep moving.
