Maac India

We are situated over at Aptech House, A-65 MIDC Marol, right in Andheri East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and there is always a lot of noise and movement around here. Maac India is where we spend our days teaching and working on digital stuff. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans from the computers running all day long. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly students or folks looking to learn something new about animation or design. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy lounges; we have rows of workstations and people hunched over screens. Andheri East is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a hub for this kind of work, so it makes sense for us to be here. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or helping someone figure out a specific tool. It’s honest work, and it can be tiring when the deadlines are tight or the power goes out, which happens sometimes. We just keep at it because we like seeing what people can create when they have the right tools in front of them. The atmosphere is pretty casual, and we mostly just wear jeans and t-shirts. It’s just a group of people who are into this kind of thing, working together in a crowded city and getting through the daily tasks one by one.
