Our office for White Horse Ceramic Industries is up on the 3rd floor at Malad West. The address we use is a bit of a mouthful, mentioning things like 80 Feet Road and 2nd Block in the HRBR Layout, and even Jalan Gangsa, which I know sounds like it’s all over the place. But here on the ground, we’re just a busy team in a crowded building. The 3rd floor is where we keep all our ceramic samples. There are tiles everywhere you look. Some are leaning against the walls and others are spread out on the tables. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We don't have a polished showroom with soft lighting. It’s more of a place where we get our hands dirty checking stock and talking to suppliers. The stairs up to the office are steep, and the lift is out of order more often than not. We just take it in stride. We’ve been in the ceramic business for a long time. We know what works and what doesn't. We don't need a marketing team to tell us how to sell. We just show people the quality of the materials and let that speak for itself. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time checking orders at Lpo 664. We’re just regular people trying to run a solid business.
