Western Hair Saloon

We are located at Harshao Exhibition Centre on Bajaj Road in Vile Parle West. It’s a busy little area, especially near Anand Bhawan. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded Vile Parle can get. Our saloon is right in the thick of it. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the chairs and some equipment. We get a mix of people coming in—some are just passing through the exhibition center, while others are regulars who live on Bajaj Road. The pace here is usually pretty fast. We don’t have much time for sitting around when there’s a line of people waiting. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t do anything fancy with the decor; it’s mostly just functional. We’ve got mirrors, combs, scissors, and the usual products on the shelves. Working here means meeting lots of different people every day. Some want to talk, others just want to get their hair done in silence. We just go with the flow. It’s a tough city to run a business in, but we’ve managed to stay here for a while now. It’s just a regular local shop where we do our best to keep things moving.
