Welcome Mobile

Welcome Mobile is located over in Bhandup West, specifically at the K S S I D C block B 14. It’s an interesting spot because there are a lot of workshops and small offices around us. People from the nearby units come in when their chargers stop working or if they need a new SIM card. We have a lot of different phones in the display, some new and some that have been there for a bit. The lighting in the shop is a bit bright, but it helps when you are trying to see those tiny screws inside a phone. I usually handle the repairs while my younger brother talks to the customers. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a water cooler in the corner. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't process digital payments, which makes everyone a bit annoyed. Bhandup West has changed a lot with the new buildings, but this industrial area feels the same as it did years ago. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we are always wiping down the phone cases with a cloth. It’s not a glamorous job, sitting behind a counter all day, but it pays the bills. We've got a few regulars who stop by just to chat about the latest cricket scores while their phone charges. We don’t promise miracles, we just try to fix what’s broken. It's a small life here in B 14.
