Wacker Chemical India Pvt Ltd is located over in Goregaon East. We are in the Kiadb Industrial Area, at a place called Wacker House, which is right opposite the Mistry Industrial Estate. It’s a very industrial part of the city, at number 521. There are always trucks moving and warehouses all around us. It’s a practical place to work. We handle chemical products and logistics from this site. The building is a functional workspace with offices and storage areas. We've been here for a while and the routine is pretty set. We deal with a lot of paperwork and making sure shipments are handled correctly. It's not the kind of place that looks pretty, but it's where the work happens. The dust from the industrial area is a constant thing, but we just keep the place tidy as best as we can. We are a small part of a much bigger company, but here in Goregaon, it feels like a local team. We know the security guards at the gate and the drivers who come by every day. We don't have any grand slogans. We just show up, manage the chemical supplies, and make sure things go where they are supposed to. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest day’s work for all of us at Wacker House. Sometimes the rain makes the industrial estate roads a bit tricky, but we manage anyway. We stay until the last truck leaves and the day is done.
