Vsilover Hotel Wares is based in Gala No.1/A at the Parekh Nagar Indl. Estate. We’re right there on S V Road in Kandivali West. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and lively Kandivali is. Our estate is no different. It’s a busy place full of people making all sorts of things. We focus on hotel wares. That means we handle the stuff that hotels and big eateries need to keep things running. Our gala is usually full of boxes and metal items. It can be a bit cramped, especially when a big shipment comes in. We’re not a huge company with a fancy office in a skyscraper. We’re right here on the ground, literally. We spend our days checking stock and talking to customers who need supplies. We don't use a lot of business talk. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. S V Road is always full of traffic, which makes deliveries interesting sometimes, but we make it work. We’ve been part of the Kandivali community for a while and we know a lot of the local faces. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we like the pace. We don't need things to be perfect, we just need them to be right. That’s how we’ve always operated our business here. We just keep our heads down and get through the day's tasks, making sure people get what they ordered.
