You can find Visa Ecotech Limited over at 505 Deonar Sai Samarth Business Park. Deonar is an interesting part of Mumbai, a bit industrial but with a lot of life to it. We’re up on the fifth floor of the business park. It’s a standard office setup—nothing too flashy, just plenty of desks and a small pantry where the coffee machine usually works. We focus on ecotech stuff, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to handle waste and recycling better. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting with different plant managers. The business park is always buzzing with people from different companies, so there's a lot of energy in the elevators and the lobby. Our team is pretty small and we’ve mostly known each other for a long time. We don’t have those big corporate meetings where nothing gets decided. Instead, we just huddle up at someone’s desk and figure things out. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes the commute a real pain, but we all manage to get in eventually. We like to keep things straightforward. There’s no point in using big words when a simple explanation will do. We just want to do our bit for the environment and make sure the business stays on track. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. Most evenings we're some of the last ones to leave the building, just finishing up the last few tasks of the day.
