Virgin Diamonds Private Limited

Our office is up on the 12th floor of Anshul Heights in Mahaveer Nagar. It’s a big building, and being in A 1202 gives us a bit of a view of Kandivali West. Virgin Diamonds Private Limited has been operating from here for a while. Getting up the elevators in the morning can take some time when everyone is arriving at once. The area around Mahaveer Nagar is always moving, lots of food stalls and people walking around below. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and the sounds of people talking on phones. We deal with diamonds, so there is a lot of looking through small packets and checking things under the light. It gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller setup where everyone knows each other. Sometimes we order food from the places downstairs when it’s too busy to go out. The building security knows us by now. It’s a decent place to work because it’s close to the station and easy for people to find once they get into the complex. We have our routine of checking stock and making sure the records are updated. It’s not a glamorous life like people think with diamonds, it’s just a lot of detailed work in a standard office space. We just try to keep things organized and handle the daily tasks without making a big fuss about it.
