Our company is located in Unit 104, Building 14, inside the HDIL Industrial Park. This is out in Chandansar, just off the Western Express Highway in Virar East. Being in the Thane district means we’re a bit away from the main city center, but the industrial park is a good place for our operations. We work on bioasset technologies here. It’s a lot of technical equipment and keeping track of various assets. The building is one of many in this park, so it took us a minute to get settled when we first moved in. It’s a functional space, mostly labs and storage areas. Since we’re near the highway, getting things in and out isn't too difficult, though traffic can be a pain sometimes. We aren't a giant corporation, just a private limited setup with a dedicated team. We spend most of our time on the day-to-day running of the tech. The park is always buzzing with other businesses, which keeps things interesting. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s an industrial unit meant for working, not for looking pretty. We keep our heads down and focus on the technical side of the business. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we’ve made this unit our home for quite a while now. It’s just how we operate.
