Silverbell Impex & Marketing Private Limited operates out of Goregaon East in Mumbai. We are based in the Swagat Co-operative Housing Society, specifically in Flat 203. It’s a quiet spot off General A. K. Vaidya Marg, which is a relief because Mumbai can get so loud and crowded. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly involving bringing goods in and out and figuring out where they need to go. It isn't a huge office with glass walls; it’s just a regular flat where we keep our records and do our phone calls. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to coordinate shipments. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or paperwork takes longer than it should, but that’s just how the trading business works. We’ve been in this Gokuldham area for a while now and we like the community here. Our team is small, just a few people sitting at desks making sure the marketing side and the import side are both moving along. We don’t put on airs or try to look like a giant corporation. We’re just local people in Mumbai trying to run a solid business and keep our clients happy with the items we source. Every day brings a new set of logistical puzzles to solve, and we just take them one at a time until the work is done. It’s a steady life for us here in Goregaon, and we just focus on getting the daily tasks finished.
