You can find Viral Auto Agency over on Castle Street in the Charni Road area. We are located in Shop No 17 on the 1st floor of the Mazurek building. It’s an old building, so you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. The stairs are a bit narrow, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle various automotive-related things, mostly dealing with paperwork and parts for people in the trade. It’s a bit of a cluttered office with files and ledgers everywhere. We aren't the type of place that has a big, shiny lobby. It’s more of a working space where the phone is always ringing. We’ve been in Charni Road for quite some time, so we know a lot of the other businesses around here. Castle Street can get very crowded with traffic, especially in the afternoons. We usually have the windows open to get a bit of air, though the noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most people know us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for decades. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. It’s a small, family-run kind of setup. We show up, do the work, and head home. It’s nothing fancy, but it keeps us busy and connected to the neighborhood every single day.
