Vipul Plastics & Rubber Machinery Co.

Our shop is located in the Tardeo Air Conditioned Market, right on Tardeo Road. It’s an older building, but everyone knows it. We handle plastics and rubber machinery stuff here. It’s a bit of a tight space at 5/38, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need. Working in a market like this means there’s always people walking by and a lot of noise from the street. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shop owners are like neighbors. Dealing with machinery isn't always clean, so our small unit gets pretty cluttered with parts and tools. We spend most of the day answering calls or helping people who come in looking for specific components for their machines. It's not a glamorous job, but the work is steady and it keeps us busy from morning till we close. The air conditioning in the building helps during the summer, though it still gets warm when we’re moving heavy parts around. We aren't some big corporate entity; it's just a few of us making sure the orders are right. Sometimes things get backed up, but we just work through it. Tardeo is a central place to be, so it's easy for people to drop by. We just focus on the machines and getting the rubber and plastic parts out the door for whoever needs them. It's a lot of work but we like the routine of the market and the people we meet every day.
