Vipin Dandawvate

My place is right on 90 Feet Road in Mulund East. It’s a good spot, A-001 in the Avinash Sunmarg building. My name is Vipin Dandawvate and I’ve been running things from here for a while. If you’ve ever been to Mulund, you know it has a different feel than the rest of Mumbai. It’s a bit more settled, though the road outside can still get loud. I didn't start this with some grand plan. I just had some skills and a bit of space, so I put them together. I spend most of my time right here in this office. It’s not a huge corporate space with glass walls. It’s just a room with what I need to get the job done. Sometimes I take a walk down the road to clear my head when things get busy. I handle everything myself, from the paperwork to the actual work, so if something goes wrong, I’m the one who fixes it. I think people appreciate that I'm just a regular person they can talk to. I don't use big words or try to act more important than I am. Mumbai 400081 is my corner of the world and I’m happy enough with it. I just try to be honest about what I can do and when I can do it. Every day is a bit different but the goal is always the same: just keep moving forward.
