Our spot is at D-60 in the Ambad MIDC area. It’s a busy part of town with trucks coming and going all day long. If you walk inside, you’ll probably see boxes piled up near the entrance and hear the hum of the machines or someone fixing a part. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years. It’s not a shiny showroom like the ones you see in the city center. It’s more of a workspace where things actually happen. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the appliances to worry about that. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the front desk. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out the daily schedule. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy reception desk with a phone that never stops ringing. Usually, it’s just one of us picking up and talking while holding a screwdriver or a ledger. It’s a practical place for practical work. We like the routine of opening the shutters in the morning and seeing the same familiar faces. It isn't complicated and we don't try to make it seem like something it isn't. We just focus on the machines and getting through the stack of orders we have for the week.
