Hind Enamel

Hind Enamel is based at D'Cunha House at 53A K.K. Marg. We are right near Jacob Circle, which is a busy area to be in. The building is old and has its share of problems, but we have been here so long it feels like home. We work with enamel, which means dealing with high heat and a lot of coating work. The workshop gets very hot when the kilns are on, so we try to keep the fans going as much as we can. It’s not a fancy setup. Most of the space is filled with racks of finished pieces or raw materials. Our office is just a small desk in the corner where we keep our records. We have a small group of people working here, and most of them have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the materials and the machines. Jacob Circle is always full of traffic and noise, which we can hear from the workshop all day. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a bit dusty and the work is repetitive, but we try to get things right. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the orders out the door. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. There is always something that needs doing.
