Cruise Appliances Pvt Ltd is based at 23B Mahal Industrial Estate. This part of Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East is always busy, with people and vehicles constantly moving around. Our building is a typical industrial setup that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose for what we do. Inside, we have our storage area and a modest office where the paperwork gets handled. Space is always at a premium here, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes and equipment. The lift in our block can be a bit temperamental, so we often end up using the stairs, which keeps us on our toes. The team is small and everyone wears many hats. One minute you might be answering a customer query and the next you are helping move a heavy crate. We do not have any fancy furniture or a reception area with a dedicated person. It is just us doing our daily chores and making sure the orders are shipped to the right addresses. Andheri is a convenient location despite the heavy rains that sometimes flood the local streets during the monsoon. We usually head out to the nearby food stalls for a quick bite during the day. It is a busy, slightly chaotic environment, but we have a good rhythm going. We just try to get through the to-do list before the day ends.
