We operate out of Building No 15 in Nehru Nagar. It’s Block No 235 on that road that runs parallel to the Worli railway tracks. You can hear the trains going past all day while we work. We are near Century Bazaar, which is a busy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Shipping is mostly about dealing with piles of papers and making sure things get on the right trucks. It’s not a glamorous job. The office is small and filled with files and stamps. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. Worli is a fast place, but our corner feels a bit more industrial. We see a lot of delivery drivers coming and going. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing with all the rules, so we just take it one step at a time. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the logs are updated. It gets quite loud when the heavy trains rumble by, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this building for years. We just handle the logistics side of things so goods move from one place to another. It’s a steady routine. We show up, check the manifests, and handle whatever comes through the door. The fan in the corner barely moves the air, but we manage just fine.
