Edifice Medical Systems

We are over at No. 206 Vireshwar Chambers on M. G. Road. It’s right in Vile Parle East, which gets pretty crowded during the day. Most people know the building. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms filled with boxes and paperwork. We deal with medical systems, so there is always some equipment lying around waiting to be checked or sent out. My desk is usually a mess of manuals and coffee mugs. Some mornings the traffic on M. G. Road is so loud you can’t hear the phone ring properly, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the machines are doing what they should. It’s a lot of technical stuff that doesn't sound very exciting to most people, but it keeps us busy from nine to six. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment comes in from a supplier. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move all the shelves. People drop by occasionally to ask about specific parts or just to see if we have something in stock. We try to keep things organized, even if it doesn't always look like it to an outsider. It’s just us doing our daily work in this corner of Mumbai.
