You can find us at C/223 in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate. This is where we run Tanvi Electromedical Appliances in Mumbai. Being in Amrut Nagar means we are surrounded by a lot of other small factories and workshops. It’s a very busy environment. There’s always the sound of machinery or trucks in the background. Our space is mostly filled with medical gadgets and tools. We spend our days testing equipment and making sure everything works like it should. It’s detailed work, but we’re used to it. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of files. We don't have any big decorations. We just focus on the appliances. Mumbai weather is always a factor, especially the humidity which can be tough in an industrial shed. We have a few fans going all day to keep us cool. We aren't some big international corporation. We’re just local people doing this specific job. We know the other shop owners in the estate and often share a tea in the afternoon. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't have any slick brochures or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the deliveries are ready for the morning. It’s been our routine for years and it works for us.
