3M India Limited has a bit of a split identity when it comes to where we are located. Our permanent address is actually back in Mumbai at 9 Gautam View. That is right in the 7 Bungalows area of Andheri West, which is a place many people know for the beach and the busy markets. However, if you are looking for where things are happening right now, we are currently based down in Bangalore. It is a big change from the humidity of Mumbai to the gardens of Bangalore, but that is just how the business moved over time. We still keep that Andheri connection because it is where we started out. The Mumbai office is tucked away in a residential pocket, while the Bangalore side feels a bit more like a tech hub. We are just a group of people trying to make things work across these two big cities. It involves a lot of travel and coordination, but we have gotten used to it. No one here is a big corporate executive with a fancy title that they use every five minutes. We are just staff members who show up, do the work, and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing with two addresses on the file, but we manage to get the mail to the right place eventually. It is a practical way of running things even if it looks a little bit messy on paper.
