Our place is over at Mahesh Sadan in Imkan Nagar. It is unit number 1 in Vile Parle West. Being on the West side is a bit different from the East, but we like the vibe here. Imkan Nagar is a decent area for a business like Vikas Industries & Chemicals Pvt Ltd. Mahesh Sadan is an older building, and we have been on the ground floor for quite some time now. We handle the industrial side of things mostly. It is a mix of office work and some storage. The space is a bit cramped because of all the samples and files, but we know where everything is kept. We start the day early before the traffic in Vile Parle gets too bad for the delivery trucks. We have been around through many changes in the city. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just us talking to clients and making sure the supply chain stays moving. Sometimes we have tea outside and chat with the neighbors on the street. It is a very local way of doing business. We keep our ledgers by hand often because it is just easier for us to track things that way. People stop by to pick up orders or just to check on current pricing. We do not make a big fuss about things, just get the work finished. Mahesh Sadan has been a good base for us.
