We’ve got our spot at 129 Creative Industrial Estate in Sundar Nagar. It’s on Road Number 2, over in Kalina, Santacruz East. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving. There are deliveries coming in and out, and the air usually smells a bit like whatever is being worked on nearby. We handle chemicals, which is a serious business. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not the kind of job where you can be messy. The office is right there with the storage, so we’re always close to the products. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer. We’ve been here in Kalina for quite some time now. People in the estate know us as the folks who stay busy with their barrels and jugs. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just a practical workspace for practical people. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the nature of what we sell. Everything has to be recorded properly. It’s a lot of routine, but we don't mind. We just want to get the orders out on time and make sure everything is handled safely. It’s a solid, everyday kind of operation here in Santacruz. We aren't looking to be famous, just to keep the business running steadily for everyone involved in the day-to-day work here.
