Being on the 12th floor of Kailash Business Park gives us a decent view of Vikhroli when the weather is clear. Kalyani Industries Pvt Ltd. occupies a few units here, specifically 1202 to 1204 in the B Wing. The commute along the Ghatkopar Powai Link Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we manage somehow. The building is quite modern compared to where we used to be years ago. We have several departments all squeezed into these offices. It’s mostly computers, phones, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. We don't have a big corporate feel; it’s more of a group of people trying to keep things organized. The elevators can be slow in the morning, so some of us show up early just to avoid the wait. There's a lot of noise from the nearby construction, but once the windows are shut, it’s mostly fine. We usually grab tea from the small stall downstairs near the complex entrance. It’s a busy spot with lots of other companies around us. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all just end up talking until it's back. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just managing the industrial side of the business from an office setting. It's a bit of a maze in this business park if you don't know the wings well.
