You can find us at B-604 in the Green Arch building. We’re located on Sonapur Lane in Dahanukarwadi, which is a busy part of Kandiwali West. Swastik Chem Impex isn't a massive warehouse; it’s more of an office where we handle the paperwork and logistics for chemical imports and exports. It gets quite hectic in here with the phones ringing and everyone trying to track where a particular shipment is. We’ve been in this area for a while now and we know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes to avoid the worst of the traffic. Dealing with chemicals involves a lot of regulations and boring paperwork, but someone has to do it. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on customs stuff. We try to keep things simple. If a client asks for something, we see if we can get it. If there’s a delay at the port, we tell them. There’s no point in sugarcoating things in this business. Kandiwali is a good place to be because it's well-connected, even if it's crowded. We’re just a small team trying to keep the wheels turning. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when the time zones demand it. That’s pretty much the whole story of our daily grind.
