Vikas Communication

We are located at number 30 in Cumballa Hill. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache around here. Vikas Communication has been in this spot for quite some time now. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to phones and connections. The shop is tucked away a little, so you have to look for the number. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a lot of boxes. We spend our time helping folks who walk in with questions about their plans or their handsets. It’s not a large team, just a few of us who know the ropes. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that. We just have our name on the front and some posters in the window. The days go by pretty fast when we're busy. We’ve seen the technology change so much since we started, but we just keep learning as we go. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we just sit and talk while waiting for the next person to come in. We don't use any fancy systems, just a basic ledger and our own experience. It’s a straightforward business and we like the neighborhood. Most of our customers are people who live or work nearby and have been coming to us for years. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right.
