Our office is located in Laxmi Niwas Society, right on 90 Feet Road in Andheri East. We’re specifically near the 1st Main Road in the Phase III area, close to the Sarakki Industrial Layout. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks coming and going from the factories nearby. Vijay Transport Agency has been around this part of Bombay for quite some time. We handle the logistics for various goods, mostly industrial stuff from the layout. The office is pretty basic, just a few chairs and a big desk where we keep all the logbooks. There’s always a driver sitting outside waiting for his papers or a cup of tea. It can get pretty loud with the traffic on 90 Feet Road, but we’re used to it. We don't have any fancy tracking software; we just use the phone and trust the guys we’ve worked with for years. The walls have a few old calendars and a map that’s seen better days. We don't try to be anything we're not. We’re just a small agency making sure loads get picked up and dropped off. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress when a truck breaks down, but that’s the business. We focus on the day-to-day tasks. People know they can find us at Laxmi Niwas if they need something moved. It’s a practical way to earn a living in a crowded city like this. We just keep at it every day.
