Vijay Sales & Services is situated on R C Dutt Road in the Prabhadevi area. We’ve got a shop front that opens right onto the sidewalk. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses passing by. Inside, we have various items for sale and a section in the back where we handle the service side of things. It’s not a huge showroom, just a regular local shop where things are stacked wherever they fit. We spend our time talking to customers about what they need and then trying to fix whatever they bring back to us later. Prabhadevi is a lively neighborhood, and being on R C Dutt Road means we see everyone from office workers to families. We don’t use any corporate scripts or fancy language here. We just tell people what we have and what we can do. The floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking through, and the shelves are crowded. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we know most of the quirks of the products we sell. It’s a practical business run by people who live nearby.
