Our office is Unit No. 152/B, inside Building No. 06 at Mittal Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to this part of Andheri, you know the Kurla Road is always a bit of a nightmare with the traffic. We are tucked away near the CCD, which is where most of us go to grab a quick coffee when things get stressful. Rg Impex is basically a place of boxes and paperwork. We handle a lot of importing and exporting, so there are always delivery guys coming in and out with documents. The industrial estate is old and the elevators can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs. It’s a busy, noisy place but it suits the kind of work we do. Our unit isn't fancy at all. We have metal shelves, some old desks, and a lot of files. Because we are in the heart of an industrial area, there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks loading nearby. It’s not the quietest spot to work, but it's central for logistics. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking manifests. It gets pretty dusty with all the movement, but we’re used to it. Most people come to see us for business stuff and we just get straight to the point. That's how things work here in Andheri. We keep our heads down and manage the shipments as they come.
