Vijay Sagar Restaurant

Vijay Sagar Restaurant is located at 16 Babulnath Road, near Grant Road in Mumbai. We are very close to the Babulnath Temple, which brings a lot of people to our street, especially on Mondays and during festivals. Our place is not very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Mumbai is a city where every inch counts. We have been here for quite some time, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The morning starts with us setting up the tables and getting the first batch of tea and food ready. It is a noisy area with a lot of car horns and people talking, but that is just Grant Road for you. We serve a lot of devotees who come from the temple, as well as locals who live in the nearby buildings. The kitchen is small and cramped, but we have a system that works. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy menu. Everything is written down simply. We focus on making sure the food is ready when people want it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when it's raining or when there is a big crowd at the temple, but we just do our best to manage. It is a family-style environment where everyone chips in to help. We are just a small part of this busy Mumbai neighborhood.
